Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students on our courses, understanding their needs and recommending suitable programs
- Make outbound calls to leads, addressing queries, and converting them into sales
- Achieve daily sales targets and maintain a high conversion rate
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and sales
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in sales / telemarketing / course counselling (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Flexible working hours (part-time, 2-3 hours/day)
