Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and service-oriented

Course Counsellors

to guide prospective learners, support training centre operations, and ensure smooth coordination of student enrolment, documentation, and placement support. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about career guidance, community development, and grassroots skill-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel walk-in candidates and telephonic enquiries about available courses, training benefits, career pathways, and eligibility. Conduct mobilisation and outreach activities in local communities. Maintain and update daily lead status in CRM tools. Follow up with prospective students and ensure timely conversion to enrolment.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Student counselling and conversion skills Lead management and follow-up ability Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM) Documentation accuracy and detail orientation Ability to work with diverse communities

Qualifications

Any degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / BBA / Others) 0-3 years of experience in counselling, sales, education support, community development, or mobilisation (Freshers encouraged to apply)
