Key Responsibilities
Manage social media platforms to promote courses and attract admissions.
Monitor daily activities and provide clear weekly reports.
Plan and guide telemarketing and sales teams to achieve targets.
Maintain office operations, account books, vouchers, and cash records.
Handle business communications (calls, emails, and meetings).
Lead marketing and promotional campaigns to generate quality leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure after-sales support, and collect feedback.
