The Course Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the smooth delivery of academic programs, ensuring effective communication between faculty, students, and the management. The role involves academic planning, scheduling, student support, and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily academic operations of assigned courses.
Prepare and maintain class schedules, timetables, and faculty rosters.
Act as a bridge between faculty, students, and management to ensure smooth communication.
Monitor student attendance, performance, and academic progress.
Assist in organizing workshops, tests, exams, and academic events.
Ensure course materials, notes, and assignments are distributed on time.
Handle student queries and provide academic guidance or escalate as needed.
Coordinate with the admissions and placement teams for academic-related support.
Prepare reports and maintain records for internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with institutional academic policies and standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Management, or a relevant field.
Proven experience in academic coordination, administration, or related roles (1-3 years preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and academic management tools.
