The Course Coordinator will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and administration of academic programs/courses. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure smooth coordination between students, faculty, and the institution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day academic activities, schedules, and timetables for courses.
Act as the primary point of contact between students, faculty, and management.
Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress, and maintain records.
Assist in curriculum planning, course material distribution, and exam scheduling.
Support faculty with classroom logistics, resources, and administrative tasks.
Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and assessments as per course requirements.
Address student queries, provide academic guidance, and ensure effective grievance redressal.
Prepare academic reports, MIS, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.
Coordinate feedback collection and work on improving course delivery.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education/Management or relevant field.
Prior experience in academic coordination, teaching, or administration preferred.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) will be an advantage.
