Key Responsibilities
Counsel students (via calls, emails, and in-person/online meetings) about available courses, career prospects, and learning paths.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Assist students through the application, enrollment, and payment process.
Maintain records of leads, enquiries, and conversions using CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
Follow up with prospective students to achieve enrollment targets.
Coordinate with faculty, operations, and support teams to resolve student concerns.
Stay updated on course details, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education, Business, Psychology, or related field).
1-3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or student support (education industry preferred).
Strong communication (English + regional language if needed) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to listen actively and understand student needs.
Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed enrollment targets.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
