The Course Advisor is responsible for guiding prospective learners through the enrollment process for online programs and courses. This role combines consultative sales with academic advising -- understanding learners' needs, recommending suitable courses, and converting qualified leads into enrolled students.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails with prospective students from international markets (primarily U.S./Canada).
Understand learners' educational background, career goals, and motivations to recommend the right course or program.
Conduct
consultative sales calls
to explain course features, learning outcomes, fees, and financing options.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly
enrollment and revenue targets

Follow up promptly on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referral channels.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and student experience.
Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor products.
Ensure adherence to sales ethics, data privacy, and company policies
