DIGIT IT is looking for an experienced and dynamic
Course Counselor / Course Advisor
who can handle student inquiries, convert leads into admissions, and guide learners in choosing the right IT courses. Candidates with strong communication and sales skills, especially from the education or training sector, are preferred.
Responsibilities
Counsel students on available IT courses (Data Science, Python Fullstack, Java, UI/UX, .NET, etc.)
Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp leads, and website inquiries.
Convert prospective leads into admissions through clear communication and explanation.
Follow up with potential students until enrollment.
Maintain lead records, daily reports, and admission data.
Coordinate with trainers and management for scheduling and student updates.
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, batch timings, and placement support.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Support in events, workshops, and campus drives when required.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Counseling / Academic Advising / Inside Sales (Education/Training preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing skills and ability to convert leads.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
Positive attitude, responsibility, and ability to handle pressure.
Graduation preferred.

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
