Job Description

1. Student Counseling & Guidance

Counsel prospective students via walk-ins, calls, emails, and online inquiries. Understand students' educational background, career goals, and interests. Recommend suitable software courses (Programming, Data Science, Testing, Design, etc.). Explain course structure, syllabus, duration, fees, and career outcomes.

2. Admissions & Enrollment

Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate and convincing information. Assist students with the registration and enrollment process. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Follow up with potential students and maintain inquiry records.

3. Course & Product Knowledge

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all software courses and training programs. Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and new course offerings. Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for batch availability and schedules.

4. Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Address student concerns and guide them throughout the admission journey. Encourage referrals and repeat enrollments.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate student data in CRM or admission systems. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inquiries, conversions, and enrollments. Ensure compliance with institute policies and processes.

6. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with marketing teams to handle leads generated from campaigns. Work closely with the centre manager and academic team to improve conversions. Support institute events, seminars, and workshops related to admissions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing and negotiation abilities Basic knowledge of software/IT training industry Customer-focused and target-driven approach Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: IT, Management, or Education) 1-3 years of experience in education counseling, sales, or admissions Experience in software or IT training institutes is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
