Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to leads via phone, email, and chat to understand their educational background, career goals, and learning needs.
Provide detailed and accurate information about courses, curriculum, pricing, and benefits tailored to the U.S. market.
Counsel and guide students through the admissions process and assist with enrollment.
Maintain timely follow-ups and manage a pipeline of potential students using a CRM.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and enrollments.
Build a rapport with prospective students and provide a high-quality advisory experience.
Collaborate with marketing, support, and operations teams to ensure a seamless student journey.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and course improvements
