Job Description

Interact with prospective students via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Assess students' educational needs, career goals, and skill levels. Provide detailed information on available software courses (e.g., programming languages, data science, UI/UX, etc.). Explain course structure, duration, fees, and outcomes. Advise students on the most suitable course paths based on their career goals. Assist in explaining prerequisites and eligibility requirements. Guide prospective students through the enrollment process. Follow up on inquiries and maintain a pipeline of prospective students. Meet monthly or quarterly enrollment targets. Maintain relationships with students to encourage referrals and repeat enrollments. Collaborate with trainers, marketing, and admin teams to improve course offerings. Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and enrollments in CRM systems. Prepare reports on inquiry-to-enrollment conversion rates. Stay updated with industry trends, new software technologies, and competitive training offerings.
