We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Course Administrator
with at least 2 years of experience to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our training programs. This role is essential to ensuring smooth course delivery and a high-quality learning experience for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for all courses(English Speaking, Python)
Provide administrative support to instructors and students
Monitor student progress, attendance, and feedback
Maintain accurate records and databases related to course operations
Respond to student inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with instructors to prepare course materials and session plans
Support onboarding of new students and trainers
Assist in organizing assessments and collecting feedback
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in course administration or academic coordination
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
