Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Collect, transport, and deliver parcels, documents, and goods to assigned destinations.

Verify recipient information and obtain signatures upon delivery. Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports. Ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of all deliveries. Plan efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel usage. Inspect, maintain, and keep delivery vehicle/bike in good condition. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers regarding delivery status. Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies. Handle cash or digital payments when required (Cash-on-Delivery orders). Assist in warehouse operations
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license (two-wheeler/four-wheeler as applicable). Proven experience as a courier, delivery driver, or similar role preferred. Good knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure. Basic customer service and communication skills. Physically fit to lift and carry packages.
Working Conditions:

Field-based role with frequent travel. Flexible work hours, including weekends or evenings, depending on delivery requirements. May involve handling packages of varying sizes and weights.
