Job Description

Responsible for handling the end-to-end process of packaging, preparing, and dispatching courier items, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while maintaining accurate documentation, inventory, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Packaging & Labeling

Pack products per company and courier standards using proper materials (boxes, foam, bubble wrap, etc.) to prevent damage during transit. Accurately label packages with essential details (addresses, product specs, batch numbers, tracking IDs)

Dispatch Coordination

Generate packing lists, invoices, shipping labels, and other necessary documentation for consignments. Schedule and plan dispatches, coordinating with logistics partners or transport agencies to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Quality & Safety Assurance

Perform quality checks to ensure goods are properly packaged and dispatched without damage. Follow safety guidelines during packing, handling, and loading of products.
