GNHIndia is a premier pharmaceutical distributor and logistics company committed to delivering high-quality medical products safely and efficiently. We are looking for a detail-oriented Air Cargo Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring all air cargo documentation for pharmaceutical shipments is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards, facilitating seamless logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage all necessary air cargo documentation, including Air Waybills (AWB), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Analysis. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, including IATA, FDA, and local customs requirements specific to pharmaceutical products. Coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient shipping and clearance of pharmaceutical shipments. Maintain detailed records of all shipments and documentation for internal audits and compliance purposes. Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation and shipping processes, proactively addressing issues as they arise. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to air cargo and pharmaceutical logistics. Assist in training and guiding team members on documentation processes and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. 2 to 5 years of experience in air cargo documentation, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution sector. Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation requirements. Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
