The Courier Customer Service Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and coordinating with delivery agents to ensure smooth and timely parcel delivery. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.
Operational Tasks
Create and manage pickup requests in the CRM/system.
Verify customer details, shipment documents, and address accuracy.
Monitor delivery performance and follow up on pending or undelivered parcels.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain logs of customer interactions and actions taken.
Prepare daily/weekly customer service and shipment status reports.
Ensure proper documentation for COD, returns, and undelivered shipments.
Shipment Coordination
Coordinate with courier delivery executives, drivers, and warehouse teams for smooth pickup and delivery.
Update customers proactively in case of delays, exceptions, or address issues.
Manage daily tracking reports and ensure all shipments are updated in the system.
