We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences Couple Counsellor to join our dynamic team.

Collaborating with other mental health professionals to develop effective treatment plans for clients.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Educate patients on procedures and recovery.

Maintain accurate patient records and documents.

Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a single point of contact for assigned couples throughout their IVF/fertility treatment journey Explain treatment plans, procedures, timelines, and costs clearly to couples Coordinate between doctors, embryologists, nurses, lab, billing, and pharmacy teams Schedule appointments, scans, procedures, and follow-ups Ensure proper documentation, consent forms, and patient records are maintained Provide emotional support and reassurance to couples during treatment Follow up with couples for reports, medications, injections, and treatment compliance Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations professionally Assist the sales/counseling team with package explanation and conversion support Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinic protocols and ethical standards

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence Strong coordination and follow-up abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Multilingual skills are an added advantage
