Collaborating with other mental health professionals to develop effective treatment plans for clients.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Educate patients on procedures and recovery.
Maintain accurate patient records and documents.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and guide couples during their first visit and throughout the treatment journey
Explain treatment processes, procedures, timelines, and hospital policies clearly
Schedule appointments, investigations, follow-ups, and procedures
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, lab, pharmacy, and billing departments
Provide basic counseling and emotional support to couples
Address patient queries, concerns, and feedback professionally
Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence
Strong coordination and multitasking ability
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Education: B.Sc or M.Sc ( Psychology )
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Salary: 15K to 25 K
