Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the main liaison between patient couples and the healthcare team
Coordinate appointments, consultations, procedures, and follow-up visits
Educate couples on care plans, hospital processes, and available services
Ensure accurate documentation of patient information in hospital systems
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, counselors, and administrative staff
Address patient questions, concerns, and scheduling needs promptly
Maintain confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and HIPAA regulations
Assist with insurance verification, referrals, and patient paperwork as needed
Provide emotional support and guidance in a professional and empathetic manner
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, psychology, or related field (preferred)
Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare coordination role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to work compassionately with diverse patient populations
