As a Business System Analyst, you will oversee the transformation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Coupa platform, aligning with procurement and finance business needs. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to implement Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Onboarding, and Risk Assessment processes, leveraging your Coupa expertise to deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P), SIM, Core, and CRA processes (80% functional, 20% technical).
Oversee catalog management, project/non-project procurement, approval workflows, supplier collaboration (CSP, cXML, SAN), and accruals.
Administer integrations between Coupa and systems like Oracle ERP, Vertex, Workday, and ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot and debug system issues, providing clear business-level insights on root causes and solutions.
Drive process simplifications and adopt best practices to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with global stakeholders across US, EMEA, and other regions in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Skills Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa P2P, SIM, Core, and CRA modules, including Oracle ERP integrations.
