Hiring for Coupa Analyst- Noida
We are looking for a Coupa Analyst to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) platform. You will work closely with stakeholders from Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure Coupa is effectively aligned with business needs.
?Y> Key Responsibilities:
Administer and configure Coupa modules such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoicing, Expenses, Supplier Management, and Sourcing.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
Support system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
Perform daily operational support, including issue resolution, user access, and data uploads.
Develop reports and dashboards within Coupa to support procurement and finance decision-making.
Ensure system data integrity, monitor integrations with ERP or other systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Collaborate with global teams on process improvements and best practices.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience working with Coupa in an analyst, admin, or consultant role.
Hands-on experience with Coupa configuration, workflows, forms, approvals, and integrations.
Strong understanding of Procurement, Accounts Payable, or Expense Management processes.
Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
