Greet customers and assist them in finding suitable Ayurvedic products.
Provide product information, usage guidance, and basic knowledge about Ayurvedic medicines, supplements, and wellness items.
Handle sales transactions, billing, and cash/card payments accurately.
Maintain stock levels, check expiry dates, and ensure proper product display.
Keep the counter and store area neat, clean, and organized.
Coordinate with store manager for inventory, stock replenishment, and customer requirements.
Address customer queries and escalate to the store manager if required.
Promote new products, offers, and wellness programs to customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (preferred in Ayurveda/Pharmacy/Commerce).
Prior experience in retail store counter sales (Ayurvedic/Pharmacy/Wellness store experience preferred).
Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic products and remedies (training will be provided if required).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy (billing software, POS handling).
Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records.
Customer service-oriented with a polite and approachable attitude.
