As a Counter Sparepart staff, you'll be the go-to person for customers and internal teams looking for vehicle parts. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about automotive spare parts and customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum SMK in Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or other related vocational background
At least 1 year of experience in spare parts handling or inventory (fresh graduates with internship/training experience are welcome)
Familiar with vehicle parts (motor or car), stock management, and basic computer usage
Service-oriented with good communication and organizational skills
Willing to work in shifts and be placed in operational areas as needed by the company
Responsibilities:
Serve internal technicians or customers in need of spare parts
Receive, check, and organize spare part stock accurately
Input and manage spare part data into the system
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team when supplies run low
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spare part counter and storage area
