Key Responsibilities :

Attend to customers at the counter and assist with product selection. Provide information on product features, pricing, and offers. Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales transactions. Maintain product display and ensure stock availability. Address customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Keep the counter area clean, organized, and presentable. Support in stock management, inventory updates, and order placement. Assist in achieving daily/weekly sales targets. Report daily sales and customer feedback to the supervisor. Adhere to company policies and maintain ethical sales practices.

Skills & Qualifications

:


Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred). 1-2 years of experience in counter sales/retail (FMCG preferred). Good communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of billing systems and cash handling. Pleasant personality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
