We are looking for a confident and customer-focused
Counter Sales Executive
to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, showcasing gold and diamond jewellery, closing sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs.
Showcase gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
Explain product details including weight, purity, pricing, and making charges.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle billing and coordinate with the cash counter/accounts team.
Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and security of jewellery counters.
Assist in stock handling, tagging, and daily stock verification.
Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Follow store SOPs, discipline, and grooming standards.
