Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and responsible

Counter Sales Executive

to manage our flagship store in Connaught Place. The ideal candidate will have a background in

Agriculture, Horticulture, or Forestry

and will be responsible for handling store operations, assisting customers, managing billing and inventory, and ensuring the store maintains a premium look and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases. Maintain a welcoming and well-organized store environment. Manage daily sales, billing, and cash transactions. Keep accurate records of sales and inventory. Regularly check stock levels and coordinate with the backend team for replenishment. Ensure product displays, terrariums, and gifts are well-maintained and visually appealing. Handle customer queries and provide information about plant care and maintenance. Support store-level marketing or promotional activities as required. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order within the store.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, or related field (mandatory).

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in retail, nursery, or plant/gifting industry preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of plants, terrariums, and plant care. Comfortable with billing software and point-of-sale systems. Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage store operations independently.
