Job Description

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers, answer questions, provide product information and recommendations, resolve issues, and process orders/payments (cash/card).

Sales & Service:

Drive sales by upselling/cross-selling, build customer relationships, handle complaints professionally, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Store Operations:

Maintain a clean, organized sales counter, update inventory, restock shelves, and perform daily checks.

Administrative:

Use POS/retail software, update customer info, handle returns, and adhere to company policies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
