Customer Interaction:

Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store. Assist customers with product selection by providing detailed information and answering queries. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

2.Sales & Transactions:

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments. Follow up on orders to prevent delays and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.

3.Product & Inventory Management:

Maintain strong product knowledge to inform customers and drive sales. Track inventory levels, update stock, and report any shortages or issues. Keep the sales counter and surrounding area clean, organized, and well-stocked.

4.Customer Service & Problem Solving:

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and confident attitude while interacting with customers.
