Attend to customers visiting the store and provide product information on mobile accessories.
Promote and sell mobile accessories including chargers, headphones, covers, and other related products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
2. Product Knowledge & Display
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, features, and promotions.
Ensure proper product display, pricing, and stock arrangement at the counter.
Assist in merchandising and creating attractive product displays to drive sales.
3. Inventory & Billing
Manage stock levels, report shortages, and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.
Handle billing and cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
Ensure proper documentation of sales, returns, and exchanges.
4. Store Maintenance & Team Support
Keep the sales counter clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist team members in achieving overall store targets.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Graduate.
0-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile accessories or electronics.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS/billing software.
Customer-focused, energetic, and motivated to achieve targets.
