Drive counter sales of hydraulic and pneumatic products, achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify new sales opportunities and actively promote products to existing and potential customers.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers, distributors, and partners.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues promptly and professionally.
Provide technical guidance and application support for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Product & Technical Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic products, including:
Hydraulic hoses, fittings, and adapters
Accumulators and holding valves
Filters and directional control valves (DCV)
Hydraulic seals and related components
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, mentor, and motivate counter sales staff to enhance performance and customer service quality.
Conduct training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety compliance.
Operational Coordination:
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.
Monitor inventory levels and suggest reorder quantities based on demand trends.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hydraulic/pneumatic sales, with at least 2 years in a counter sales or supervisory role.
Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic hoses, fittings, adapters, accumulators, valves, filters, DCVs, and seals.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
