Job Description

Greet and interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner Understand and determine the customers' needs and suggest appropriate products or services Provide information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services Answer customer queries regarding products or services Process transactions, handle cash, and maintain accurate records Arrange merchandise on counters or shelves in an attractive manner Conduct stock inventory and ensure that the counter is well-stocked at all times Handle customer complaints professionally and refer complex issues to the supervisor Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the counter and store Promote and upsell products, special offers, or loyalty programs
