girl/assistant's job involves creating a welcoming environment, helping customers find products, answering questions, processing transactions, and maintaining the store's appearance, all while striving to meet sales targets through excellent service, product knowledge, and promotional awareness to boost loyalty and drive revenue. Key duties include greeting, advising, restocking, handling payments via POS, and supporting team goals.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, offer product recommendations, explain benefits, and answer questions.Sales & Transactions: Process sales, handle payments, returns, and manage cash registers using POS systems.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, current promotions, and store policies.Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and visually appealing; restock shelves and arrange displays.Inventory Support: Assist with unpacking deliveries, checking stock levels, and reporting low inventory.Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and support marketing efforts. Essential Skills & Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused attitude with a positive demeanor.Basic math skills for transactions.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.Previous retail/sales experience is often preferred.
