Job Description

The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions at the sales counter, ensuring excellent customer service, generating sales, handling inquiries, and maintaining product displays. This role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and sales skills to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers at the sales counter in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Generate sales by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling. Process sales transactions, prepare invoices, and handle cash/credit payments. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily reports. Ensure proper display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness at the counter. Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when required. Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and company policies. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely product dispatch.
