Job Summary: The Sales executive is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and developing a high-performing sales team. This involves setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring sales representatives, and managing the sales pipeline to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Team Leadership and Management:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their goals. Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to sales representatives. Manage the sales pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve performance. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.

Sales Performance Management:

Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement. Set and monitor sales targets for the team and individual sales representatives. Implement strategies to improve sales performance and achieve revenue goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:



1-2 years of experience in sales management or a related field. Proven track record of success, growth and achieving targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
