Responsibilities of Counter Sales Executive:

Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services. Provide detailed information on product features, specifications, and pricing. Manage billing processes, handle payments, and maintain accurate sales records. Ensure proper merchandising, display, and cleanliness of the sales counter. Strive to achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
