Role Overview
We are looking for a
smart, energetic, and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executive
to manage daily sales operations, assist walk-in customers, and ensure smooth counter functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the counter.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Provide product features, fabric, and price information clearly.
Handle billing, cash/UPI transactions, and maintain sales records.
Ensure merchandise is well-displayed, organized, and presentable.
Maintain cleanliness and stock levels at the counter.
Coordinate with inventory/store team for product availability.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns politely.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
1-3 years of experience in retail/counter sales (apparel industry preferred).
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge for billing and POS systems.
Pleasant personality, confident attitude, and teamwork approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?22,000.00 per month
