Job Brief:

Responsible for counter sales, assisting walk-in customers, explaining product features, and ensuring smooth transactions.

? Age Limit: 22 - 35 years

? Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing preferred

? Required Skills:

Strong communication and persuasion skills Customer handling and relationship-building Basic knowledge of electrical & home appliances Cash handling and basic billing software knowledge Quick learning ability
Experience: 1-3 years in retail counter sales

Salary Range: ?12,000 - ?22,000 per month

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM

Location: Sankarankovil

Week Off: 2 Sundays off, 2 Sundays half-day

Bonus: Based on yearly performance
