Role Overview:

As a Counter Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the showroom--guiding customers through their jewelry selection journey, ensuring a premium experience, and driving sales with product expertise and charm.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism Showcase jewelry pieces and explain product details (purity, certification, design) Handle customer queries and offer personalized recommendations Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems Maintain display aesthetics and ensure counters are clean and organized Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business Support inventory checks and report discrepancies

Qualifications & Skills:

Requirement Details

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail certification preferred

Experience

1-3 years in jewelry or luxury retail sales

Skills

Customer service, product knowledge, POS handling, communication

Attributes

Presentable, trustworthy, persuasive, detail-oriented

Preferred:

Knowledge of hallmarking, diamond grading, and gold purity standards Multilingual ability for regional customer engagement Experience in high-value sales environments
