About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused

Counter Sales Executive

to represent the prestigious

RADO luxury watch brand

. The role involves delivering a premium customer experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the brand's high standards at the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and provide a luxury boutique experience Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable RADO timepieces Explain product features, craftsmanship, pricing, and warranties clearly Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently Handle billing, POS operations, and payment processing accurately Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards Manage stock handling, inward-outward entries, and inventory coordination Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requests Build long-term customer relationships and maintain client records Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and brand guidelines strictly
Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; local language preferred) Pleasing personality with professional grooming and presentation Strong customer-handling and persuasion skills Basic computer knowledge and POS system familiarity Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays Prior experience in luxury retail, watches, jewelry, or premium brands is preferred
