Title: Jewellery Consultant
Job Summary:
The Jewellery Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery that meets their needs, providing product knowledge, maintaining store aesthetics, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of jewellery trends, and the ability to build trust with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
Provide detailed information about products, including materials, stones, designs, and pricing.
Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on occasion, budget, and style.
Maintain product displays, ensure proper tagging, and keep the store clean and organized.
Handle billing, process payments, and manage basic documentation.
Follow up with customers for inquiries, order status, and after-sales service.
Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends, designs, and industry standards.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Coordinate with the design and inventory team for custom orders and stock requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or jewellery sales (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of jewellery types, stones, gold purity, diamond grading (added advantage).
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
