Job Description

We are looking for counter sales executive for our restaurant

Location near Churchagate station

Job responsibilities

Customer service:

Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing product information and recommendations.

Sales and transactions:

Processing customer orders, taking payments (cash or card), and ensuring accurate transactions.

Inventory management:

Maintaining stock levels, checking inventory accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.

Problem resolution:

Handling customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Store maintenance:

Keeping the sales counter and surrounding area clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.
