The Jewellery Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, showcasing jewellery collections, ensuring smooth sales transactions, and maintaining the brand's reputation at the retail counter.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers at the counter, understanding their requirements and preferences.
Showcase and explain product details such as quality, design, pricing, and after-sales services.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications (gold, diamond, gemstone, and other jewellery).
Assist customers in making purchase decisions by suggesting suitable products.
Achieve individual and counter-level sales targets.
Process billing, payment, and documentation accurately.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
Ensure proper product display, counter cleanliness, and stock arrangement.
Maintain sales records, reports, and daily follow-ups.
Stay updated on ongoing promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
1-3 years of experience in jewellery/retail sales (freshers with good communication skills will be considered).
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, and hallmarking (preferred).
Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented approach, and ethical sales behavior.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
