We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused
Counter Sales Executive
to join our jewelry showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers at the counter with courtesy and professionalism.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewelry designs.
Explain product details, purity, pricing, and offers clearly.
Maintain accurate product knowledge (gold, diamond, silver, gemstones, etc.).
Handle billing, exchanges, and order documentation.
Ensure counters are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.
Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
Coordinate with the inventory team for stock updates and product availability.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of jewelry types and purity standards (preferred).
Customer service-oriented attitude.
Confidence in handling cash, POS, and billing software.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or customer service preferred.
Fluency in [local language] and basic English communication.
