Role Overview
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As the face of our showroom, you will assist clients in selecting their dream wedding outfits, coordinate fittings, and ensure a delightful and personalized customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling.
Provide information about product features, pricing, and availability.
Manage customer trials and fittings with attention to detail.
Maintain a visually appealing showroom display.
Handle inquiries via phone, social media, and walk-ins.
Ensure excellent post-sales support and client satisfaction.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
