Counter Sales Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist walk-in customers at the counter/showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers. Generate bills/invoices and process cash, card, or digital payments. Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized. Keep track of inventory levels and coordinate with store/warehouse for replenishment. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as set by management. Prepare daily sales reports and update the sales register.

Requirements:



Qualification: Minimum HSC / Graduate in any field. Experience: 0-2 years in retail sales / counter sales / showroom sales preferred. Good communication skills and a friendly personality. Basic knowledge of billing software / POS system will be an advantage. Should be customer-focused and sales-driven.

Salary:



As per experience & company norms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
