Day Off: Rotational Weekly Off

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and customer-friendly B2C Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team in Defence Colony. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, showcasing products, and driving sales while ensuring an excellent buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist and guide walk-in customers with product selection.

Showcase jewellery collections, explain features, and highlight craftsmanship.

Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

Meet and exceed sales targets.

Maintain store aesthetics and merchandise displays.

Handle billing and basic store operations.

Requirements

2-3 years of B2C jewellery sales experience (preferred).

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Presentable and confident personality with customer-first attitude.

Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.

Flexible with rotational day-offs.
