The Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth retail operations. The role requires multitasking, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle B2C (Business-to-Customer) sales in clothing, footwear, and home furnishing sections.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Sales
Greet customers and understand their requirements.
Provide product information and suggest suitable options.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Convert walk-in customers into regular buyers.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Product Handling
Maintain product display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure proper stock arrangement and replenishment on counters.
Assist in managing inventory, stock counting, and tagging.
General Responsibilities
Support other departments as needed (multitasking).
Maintain store hygiene and discipline.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and security protocols.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum HS/Graduate (preferred).
Experience in retail sales of apparel, footwear, or home furnishing (preferred).
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and professional behavior.
