Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting products.
Manage counter sales, handle product queries, and support the billing process.
Ensure proper product display, showroom hygiene, and brand presentation.
Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and finalize them with the customer.
Handle sales negotiations and ensure smooth deal closures.
Manage the complete sales cycle -- from sales order creation, coordinating purchase orders, tracking delivery, and following up until the final payment is completed.
Maintain customer records, follow up for repeat business, and support overall sales growth.
Coordinate with the store and backend sales team regarding stock, orders, and customer needs.
Deliver a premium, service-oriented customer experience at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience in showroom sales or customer handling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer queries calmly and professionally.
Confident, presentable, and service-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of lighting or electrical products (preferred but not mandatory).
