We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our retail team in the apparel sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring the store meets its targets. You will represent the brand professionally and assist customers in finding products that fit their needs and style.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and determine their shopping needs
Provide product information, styling advice, and assist with purchases
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, trends, and stock availability
Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities
Handle billing, POS operations, and manage returns or exchanges professionally
Replenish merchandise and ensure stock levels are maintained on the sales floor
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Support visual merchandising efforts and adhere to brand guidelines
Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
Gather customer feedback and report to management for improvements
Build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty
Stay updated on promotions, policies, and store protocols
Key Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in apparel or fashion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of style and product knowledge in fashion trends
