Position- Sales Executive


Industry- Jewellery
Experience- Minimum 6 months of Jewellery sales experience .
Location - Camac Street Kolkata



Customer engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and help them choose jewelry Sales: Achieve sales targets by explaining the store's offerings, completing sales transactions, and upselling and cross-selling Stock management: Count stock daily, manage opening and closing stock records, and ensure timely stock replenishment Product display: Ensure products are displayed attractively and safely Marketing support: Provide support to the marketing team for potential customer visits and exhibitions Customer service: Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on product details, and gather customer feedback Customer relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Follow-up: Follow up with customer leads and conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction Training: Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques Industry trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitors' offerings

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
